REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made on allcarsfix.com, including one-time orders and subscription plans for the All Cars Magic Pen. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Our satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our product. Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return and full refund within this period, subject to the conditions below.
3. One-time orders — Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund on a one-time order, you must:

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been extensively used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return or refund.
4. One-time orders — Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has entered our fulfilment system and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. In this case, you are welcome to return the item upon delivery for a full refund under the terms described in Section 3.

5. Subscription plan — How it works
All Cars offers a recurring subscription plan that automatically delivers the All Cars Magic Pen every 4 weeks. By selecting a subscription at checkout, you expressly authorize All Cars to charge your payment method automatically every 4 weeks at the price confirmed at checkout.
You will receive a renewal reminder email to the address provided at checkout no later than 3 days before each scheduled billing date, notifying you of the upcoming charge and providing a direct link to cancel.
6. Subscription plan — How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods:
Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours and confirmed by email. We recommend keeping this confirmation email for your records.
7. Subscription plan — Cancellation deadline
To avoid being charged for the next renewal cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Your next billing date is displayed in your account portal and included in every renewal reminder email.
8. Subscription plan — Charges processed after the cancellation deadline
If a cancellation request is submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled billing date, the renewal charge will have already been processed and the corresponding order will have entered fulfilment. In this case:
We are unable to intercept or reverse a charge once it has been processed and the order has entered our fulfilment system.
9. Subscription plan — No refunds on processed charges
All subscription charges that have been processed in accordance with these terms are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the cancellation request was received before or after the charge, if the 24-hour cancellation deadline has passed at the time of the request.
This policy applies to all markets in which All Cars operates, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and all European markets.
10. Orders not received
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at team@allcarsfix.com before initiating any dispute with your bank or payment provider. Our team will investigate the issue with the carrier and find a solution within 24 to 48 hours. We will either reship the order or issue a full refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.
11. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at team@allcarsfix.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item received. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, with no return required.
12. Consent and acknowledgement
By completing any purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. For subscription purchases, this consent constitutes your express authorization for recurring billing under the terms described above. This agreement is recorded at the time of purchase.
