Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 AM (GMT+1 – Paris Time) are processed the same calendar day. Orders placed after 12:00 AM (GMT+1) are considered placed the following day.

Handling Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders are processed 7 days a week, including weekends.

Transit Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5 to 7 business days, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, peak seasons, public holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and European Union countries. Availability for other destinations will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery
If you entered an incorrect shipping address and contact us within 24 hours before dispatch, we will update it free of charge. If the order has already been shipped, reshipping fees will apply.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, refunds are not provided. Reshipping fees may apply.
