About Orders

Can I change my address once my order has been placed?

Yes if your order has not yet been shipped. Please send us the address to be changed as soon as possible via the contact form.

Can I modify the billing address of my order?

We are unable to modify billing addresses once the order has been placed. As long as your order has been successfully placed and the shipping address is correct, your order can still be delivered.

My item arrived damaged.

We're sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. Please send us an email within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the damaged item. Our customer service will address this issue as soon as possible. We are unable to address damages reported after 30 days of delivery.

I received the wrong item.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send a picture of the item(s) you received, along with the packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Our team will address this issue promptly.

An item is missing from my order.

No need to worry. It's possible that your items were shipped in separate packages. This occurs when an item is no longer available at the time of processing your order and is sent 1 or 2 days later in a separate package. If after more than 15 days, you still have missing items, please contact us via email.

Shipping is free.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders containing non-custom items will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

What is the delivery time frame?

Standard Delivery 5-10 business days.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, click here and enter the tracking number you received by email 1 or 2 days after placing your order (email subject: A shipment from order…).

My tracking hasn't been updated?

We're sorry to hear that your tracking hasn't been updated. Please allow approximately 24 to 72 hours for tracking to be updated after your package has been shipped. If tracking is still not available after this time, please contact us for further assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via the contact form.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

Does the pen work on all car paints?
Yes. It works on all standard and metallic finishes (99% of cars). The only exceptions are matte or satin paints.

Will it match my car's color?
Yes. The formula is transparent and blends into any paint color by bonding with your car's clear coat. It works on black, white, red, silver—any color.

How do I use it?
Clean the scratch and let it dry.
Apply the pen directly on the scratch.
Wipe off any excess immediately.

Does it work on deep scratches?
It works best on light to medium scratches (parking lots, keys, shopping carts).
For deep scratches that pass the paint layer, results vary—it may improve the look but won’t make them invisible.
